The City of Vancouver (the "City") is seeking expressions of interest ("Expressions of Interest")from organizations or teams to indicate their interest and present their ability to supply low carbon thermal energy in Northeast False Creek ("NEFC") to the City's False Creek Neighbourhood Energy Utility ("NEU").
