Description

Suppliers that choose to respond to this RFP must provide the following in their responses using the document ‘AUARTS RFP_Wayfinding Program’ for guidance:
• Describe in detail the materials the Supplier intends to use in the manufacturing of the wayfinding, including reasoning supporting why these materials are recommended.
• Describe in detail materials the Supplier intends to use to manufacture wayfinding that will be placed in emergency exit stairwells to ensure they meet Fire Code regulations.
• Identify where the wayfinding will be manufactured and timeline for production.
• Identify how the wayfinding will be shipped to AUARTS and timeline for delivery.
• Identify in detail schedule and timeline to install the wayfinding across the campus in order to meet the project installation deadline of AUGUST 21, 2020.
• If manufacture and/or installation is via a sub-supplier – clearly identify sub-supplier, along with previous work experience and that relationship to the Supplier.
