Detailed Description
OSC Electronic Form Solution and Associated Services
Scope of Work
The OSC is soliciting competitive proposals from respondents for the provision of an Electronic Form Builder Solution and associated Services. The OSC is seeking a Solution and Services that meets or exceeds the functional and technical capabilities and other requirements set forth in this Article 3 and Appendix A – Technical Response Template. The Solution and the related forms will be used by individuals and entities regulated by the OSC to submit information and materials to comply with their regulatory obligations. The Solution and related forms will be accessible from the OSC’s public website. OSC Information Services staff will use the Solution as a development platform for building the form templates as well as to transfer submissions data and associated materials into internal systems. The links to existing forms that need to be re-developed and implemented (pursuant to Section 3.5(d) of this RFP) have been provided as a reference.
