Description

Acquire an independent auditor to provide attestations for each of the financial statements required under the Canada-Ontario Labour Market Development Agreement (LMDA) and Canada-Ontario Workforce Development Agreement (WDA) for 2019-20 and 2020-21 fiscal years.
Scope of Work
Audit attestation services by the Vendor will include an audit report, in accordance with the Canadian Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) for each of the statement of operations required under:

1. Canada-Ontario Labour Market Development Agreement (LMDA) for fiscal years 2019-20 (submitted by June 15, 2020) and 2020-21 (submitted by June 14, 2021), and
2. Workforce Development Agreement (WDA) for fiscal years 2019-20 (submitted by September 14, 2020) and 2020-21 (submitted by September 13, 2021).

For each of the audits, information will be provided in early-to-mid May following the end of each fiscal year.

Work will be performed at 777 Bay Street in Toronto, Ontario, in a government building.
