Description

BC Transplant (BCT) and BC Renal (BCR) are programs of the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) and this RFP is being issued to identify a Proponent to enter into a non-exclusive Contract between a Proponent and the Health Authorities, through their agent PHSA, for the supply of Tacrolimus Extended Release (ER) and/or Prolonged Release (PR) and/or Intravenous Formulations and/or Services described herein to the Health Authority Facilities and their Contracted Community Pharmacies
