Description

BCUC is requesting information from parties who are interested in intervening in proceedings before the BCUC to represent the interests of residential ratepayers of energy utilities and individual compulsory auto insurance policyholders of the Insurance Corporation of BC (ICBC). The BCUC holds public hearings to decide on applications from regulated entities including applications for revenue requirements, capital expenditures, rate design, energy supply contracts, long-term and demand side management resource plans, and cost of capital applications.

This RFI is intended to gather information that could assist BCUC in the development of a future procurement process. BCUC may, but is not obligated to, initiate a competitive bidding opportunity.
