This revision 001 is raised to publish a question and an answer, to modify the Request for Standing Offer and to re-publish the Annex D - Pricing.

This requirement is to establish a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) for the supply of signage and related services in accordance with all of the attached Annexes.

This requirement is for an initial period of two (2) years from the effective date of the Standing Offer, with an option to extend the offer by two (2) additional periods of one (1) year.

Debriefings Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
