Description

This RFP is open to all interested vendors.

The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking a competent and experienced Supplier to enter into agreement for supply and delivery of glass (laminated/tempered) and windshields for Light Rail Vehicles (LRV) and Buses operated by Calgary Transit.

This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

Unless specified otherwise elsewhere in the Information Table under Agreement(s), Terms, Renewal and Proof of Concept (PoC), it is The City’s intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The Agreement will not include a PoC . The term of the Agreement will be for initial term of one (1) year and may be renewed for up to two(2) times for two (2) years each time. Other agreement(s) related to the use or maintenance and support of any of the Deliverables may also be negotiated and executed.
