Description

This RFP is an invitation to Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to work with CYBERA and Alberta’s Post-Secondary Institutions to develop an Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA) and/or a Consortium Value Incentive Plan (VIP) agreement for the provision and support of Adobe Licensed products and services.

Between 18-26 Post Secondary Institutions throughout Alberta require a thorough usage analysis for their Adobe licensing needs and a recommendation on what model: ETLA or Consortium VIP Level 4, would provide the best solution and cost savings for each of them. For a minimum of 18 PSIs, this needs to be completed within a 6-8 week timeframe as their current Adobe ETLA agreement is ending May 26, 2020. CYBERA, on behalf of the Participating Members will then enter into an ETLA with Adobe (to be managed by the VAR) and/or a VIP Level 4 with the successful Proponent.

In addition to the above acquisition support, the successful Proponent shall provide the following related services, including, but not limited to:
a. Transition Support;
b. License Structure Support;
c. Administrative Support;
d. Technical Support;
e. Web Portal Functionality;
f. Cost Control Support.
