Description

1. "This RFQ is open to all interested vendors.”
2. The City of Calgary (The City) has a requirement for refurbishing six (6) sewer cleaner trailers (Unit) used to clean The City’s sewer lines that meet or exceed the technical specifications as outlined in the document. Respondents are to provide various services such as Hydraulics work, electrical work mechanical maintenance work, suspension and brake work.

3. “This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.”
4. It is The City’s intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of The City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to zero (0) year.
