Description

QUALITY CONTROL, TESTING, INSPECTION AND TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE SERVICES

Every year ALC conducts "mystery shopper" visits at retail locations throughout Atlantic Canada to monitor adherence to our 19+ policy, which prohibits the sale of our lottery products to any person under the age of majority.

The RFP is an invitation to submit proposals for the provision of retaining a provider of qualified Compliance Shoppers to aid in the continued execution of ALC's 19+ Retailer Compliance Program throughout Atlantic Canada. These compliance inspections, conducted anonymously, test the adherence to policies to prevent the sales of lottery products to minors.
