RFB for parts, consumables and services for Dionex and Thermo Fisher Scientific Accelerated Solvent Extraction and Chromatography Systems
Scope of Work
The objective of the Deliverables is to ensure proper performance of the Instruments as outlined below.

The Ministry’s Laboratory Services Branch (“LaSB”) owns and operates a number of Dionex and Thermo Fisher Scientific Accelerated Solvent Extraction and Chromatography instruments manufactured by Dionex and Thermo Fisher Scientific as set out in Table A (the “Instruments”). As well, additional newer instruments may be procured before and during the Term of the Agreement (not listed in Table A) which will be used for analyses. In order to maintain business continuity and optimal performance, parts, consumables and occasional repairs are required (collectively, the “Deliverables”). All Deliverables are time-critical. Please see section 1.4.3 (Mandatory Requirements – Business Continuity Plan).
The Instruments are located at 125 Resources Road, Etobicoke Ontario (the “Site”).

The Vendor shall provide the Deliverables on an “as and when required by the Ministry” basis.
