The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Requirement:

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Garrison Petawawa, Food Services has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply, delivery and offloading of various quantities of Meat, Fish, Poultry and Alternatives to various kitchens and lodger/training units located in the Garrison Petawawa Area of Operation on an "as and when requested basis" for the period of the Standing Offer.

The offeror can submit pricing on as many or as few line items as they wish. Offers will be evaluated on the highest amount of line items offered and then on a line item basis.

The Request for Standing Offer may result in the issuance of up to three (3) Standing Offers.

The period of the Standing Offer(s) is from date of issuance to 31 May, 2020 with two (2) three (3) month refresh periods (Refresh Period 1 - 1 June to 31 August, 2020, Refresh Period 2 - 1 September to 30 November, 2020).

This Request for Standing Offer will be set-aside once the Food and Beverage Regional Master Standing Offer for this commodity has been issued.

Debriefings:

Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
