Description

The WCB requires interior renovations on the 6th floor of the Jarvis Building as part of the WCBâ€™s ongoing Space Plan. The specifications and requirements for this project are referenced in this document and included within the specifications and drawings attached.
The Scope excludes low and moderate risk abatement activities during the demolition and construction of mechanical and electrical systems, and architectural improvements. It will be the responsibility of the WCB to coordinate abatement activates and consult with the prime contractor to schedule these activities.
It is expected that the Work at the Jarvis Building will be completed by June 30, 2020.
