IMPORTANT:

This tender is part of Public Services and Procurement Canadas initiative to submit bid submission files electronically using epost Connect. REQUIREMENT: Public Service and Procurement Canada on behalf of the Department of National Defence has a requirement that comprises the furnishing of all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision required for the collection and disposal of waste water, waste oil, and sludge or other petroleum products, hazardous waste and sewage throughout various areas of CFB Halifax and outlying areas.

PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER: The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is for a one (1) year period from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021 with the Option to extend beyond the initial period for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

SECURITY: There is a Reliability Status Security requirement with this Solicitation.

BASIS OF SELECTION: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive.

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
