The City of Fredericton invites RFPs for an estimated quantity of One (1) New Not Previously Used 2020 Model 35,000 lbs GVWR Truck c/w Chipper Dump Body.

Any equipment offered under this RFP other than new current year model will not be considered responsive to these specifications.

The supplier must either be a manufacturer, a factory branch, or a dealer engaged in the business of selling, dealing and servicing the equipment proposed upon and must maintain a full stock of parts and service.

As only major components are specified in this RFP, it is the supplier's responsibility to deliver One (1) New Not Previously Used 2020 Model 35,000 lbs GVWR Truck c/w Chipper Dump Body with appropriate components which will provide dependable and efficient service.

All portions of RFP shall be completely filled out including descriptions and details where requested. The City will be the sole judge as to what constitutes acceptable minor deficiencies and to what is a major failure to meet specifications which could result in a RFP rejection for failure to meet specifications.
