This purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is focused on supply and installation of Sound Absorbent Material to help lower the RT time to within a reasonable level for the ice surface area, as well as over the bleachers. The City has hired a consultant who did a sound analysis and as a result come up with the recommendations of how many panels and what type of sound material we are asking quotes on. This work shall be undertaken during the period of July 1 - July 20, 2020, as there are previous commitments before and after the proposed time period.
