Description

Alberta Agriculture and Forestry (AAF), Wildfire Telecommunications and Facilities (WTF) invites formal written proposals for the construction of a 24’ x 32’ Water Distribution Building at Swan Hills Primary Fire Base. Proposals must be complete with specifications, floor plan and elevation drawings. Building must be built on site and completed by March 31st, 2020.

Swan Hills Fire Base is located approximately 6 kms south of the town of Swan Hills, Alberta; just off secondary highway 32. This Fire Base is approximately one hour from Whitecourt, Alberta.

Legal Land Description is NW 35-65-10-W5.

Water Distribution Building

General construction specifications for an Agriculture and Forestry Water Distribution building as per the floor plan drawings which form part of this RFP. The Water Distribution Building is to be 24’ x 32’, set on pilings with a gable roof over the entire structure.
