This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 31028-200172 dated 2019-10-23 with a closing of 2019-12-04 at 02:00 PM (AST). A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

IMPORTANT:

REQUIREMENT: Public Service and Procurement Canada, on behalf of The National Research Council of Canada (NRC) wishes to procure a Pulse-Amplitude Modulated Fluorescence system specifically designed for the detailed analysis of microalgae photosynthetic parameters.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT: All deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2020.

SECURITY: There is not a Security Requirement with this Solicitation.

BASIS OF SELECTION: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive.

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
