19-2030 - Financial Consulting and Advisory Services (19-2030)

This RFSO is open to all interested vendors.

The services required are divided into the following two (2) categories:
1. Category 1: Requests for Loans and Loan Guarantees
Project and business evaluation, including risk assessment and management; governance review; financial analysis, including financial modelling; and transaction advisory.

2. Category 2: Other Advisory Services
Project and business evaluation, including risk assessment and management; procurement support, including commercial advice, and evaluating alternative delivery approaches; assessing best practices; financial due diligence, including financial modelling; financial advisory; and transaction advisory.

Respondents are invited to submit responses to one or both of the above-described categories. If selecting to submit on more than one category, a separate proposal is required for each category. Clearly indicate the applicable category on the front cover of the proposal.

This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

The duration of this RFSO will be for a three (3) year term.
