Scope of Work:
- Remove existing door closers on 80 resident doors(see attached door list)
- Remove existing door closers on 30 Atrium doors
- Supply and install 80 4314ME opener for suite doors(stainless steel)
- Supply and install 30 2310ME openers for atrium doors(stainless Steel)
- Separate pricing to remove Elephant foot on Locker rooms doors and install 4314ME openers (10 doors Stainless Steel)
- Separate pricing to adjust remaining 187 resident doors
- All electrical work required for demo and install of hardware to be included
- Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Proposed Delivery & Construction schedule required as part of bid package
