Description

Sealed tenders clearly marked "Garbage Disposal" will be received by the Mayne Island Improvement District up to 4:00pm, local time Thursday, February 13th, 2020 at the Corporate Administrator's office 520 Felix Jack Road, Mayne Island, B.C.

The Work consists of the collection and disposal of garbage on Mayne Island on a weekly basis. Transportation and costs associated with transportation to Hartland Landfill or other approved landfill will be the responsibility of the successful tender. The District will provide the adequately zoned property to transfer waste to and from collection vehicles. This is a fee for service garbage collection model where the District will provide the property to store up to 4 garbage collection vehicles only.
