Description

The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority is seeking the services of a Production Company that will lead the planning and execution of World Maritime Day at the Port of Vancouver taking place on September 26, 2020. At its discretion, and subject to an annual review, the port authority may engage the selected proponent from this RFP for World Maritime Day at the Port of Vancouver 2021-2024.
The ideal company will have a proven track-record and demonstrated expertise in providing event experiences, stage production, interactive exhibits, and visuals that will enhance and showcase Vancouver's maritime community. Experience with event planning/logistics, décor, signage, volunteer management, stage and entertainment production, and setting up of displays in various outdoor weather conditions is required.
