Canada has a requirement to establish a

Standing Offer on behalf of CORCAN Correctional Services of Canada on an "as and when requested" basis for a 12 month period with the possibility of 2 twelve-month

extension period for Utility twill (Item no 1) and lining and insulation(item 002) in accordance with Annexes "A" and "B" and the Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB) CAN/CGSB 4.2.

Basis of Selection An offer must comply with all requirements of the RFSO and meet all mandatory technical and financial evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.

The responsive offer with the lowest aggregate price will be recommended for the issuance of a standing offer (1 standing offer only).

Ranking will be established using the estimated quantities for all the items and destinations and for all the years.

Deliverables "as and when requested for 3 year Standing Offer:

Estimated quanity per year:

Item 1: 35,000 metres Item 2: 20,000 metres

Canadian Content: The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
