The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the establishment of a regional individual standing offer (RISO) for the supply, delivery and installation of deck coverings aboard naval vessels.

The installation of the deck coverings

will occur at Canadian Forces Base Esquimalt. The period of the standing offer is for three years, with one three year optional extension period. There is a security requirement related to this Standing Offer. For more information, please refer to the attached solicitation documents.
