Description

1. “This RFP is open to all interested vendors.”
2. The City of Calgary, seeks qualified suppliers with whom to establish a long-term, cost and quality effective agreement for the rental or purchase of eleven (11) environmentally safe parts washers.
The parts washer shall include enclosed cabinet for washing, air gun powered drying capability, and environmentally safe solution.
3. “This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.”
4. “Unless specified otherwise elsewhere in the Information Table under Agreement(s), Terms, Renewal and Proof of Concept (PoC), it is The City’s intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The Agreement(s) will be for a term of one (1) year(s).The Agreement(s) may be renewed two (2) times for two (2) year(s) each time, not to exceed a maximum of five (5) years
