Sealed proposals, hand delivered or couriered, properly marked as to contents and addressed to Materials Management, City of Saint John, 2nd Floor, 175 Rothesay Avenue, Saint John, NB, E2J 2B4, bearing the title of works:

shall be received until 4:00 P.M. local time, Thursday on the 09 day of January, 2019.
