Vancouver Coastal Health Authority ("VCH") has issued this RFP for the purpose of requesting Proposals from Proponents for the provision of Licensed Care Services for Richmond Residents ("Services").

The Agreement(s) is expected to have a term of 5 years, with options to renew for up to 5 years.
