Description

Mandatory Site Meeting
Proponents submitting a bid must attend the site tour, which will consist of an initial sign in, review of the proposal requirements, and a tour of all properties listed below. Please confirm your attendance via email to Amy Gillis no later than 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 11, 2019.
The purpose of the site tour will be to view the spaces and existing equipment and to ask questions that would affect the operation of the proposed system. It will be the proponent’s responsibility to ensure they propose a solution that works for the space and the project will only be considered complete when each area has been tested, approved by the Project Manager and IT Audio-Visual/Telehealth Technician.
REGISTER - Proponents are to pre-register at IWK Health Centre, 5850/5980 University Avenue, Halifax,
N.S. B3K 6R8, Security Desk, Women’s Building. Pre-registration will take place from 7:45 AM – 8:00 AM on Thursday, December 12, 2019. The tour will begin at 8:00 AM at the IWK Health Centre.
Late registrants will not be eligible to submit a proposal in response to this RFP.
