REQUIREMENT:

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO), intends to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply and delivery of common fine evaporated white salt to the Mactaquac Biodiversity Facility on an 'as and when requested' basis, from the date of award to December 31, 2020, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.

This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.

Firm intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS).

Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference, and form part of the tender and contract documents. The standard documents are issued by Public Works and Government Services and may be viewed at buyandsell.gc.ca.

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in both official languages of Canada.
