Description

North Shore Emergency Management ("NSEM") in partnership with the three North Shore municipalities (District of North Vancouver, City of North Vancouver, and District of West Vancouver) is seeking a highly experienced and qualified consultant to assist with updating the existing municipal evacuation plans for the North Shore.

NSEM is seeking independent consulting services to assist with updating existing evacuation plans and developing mass evacuation strategies for the three North Shore municipalities, specifically but not exclusively considering the risk posed by wildfire.

On behalf of NSEM, the District of North Vancouver ("District") invites detailed Proposals for the provision of the required Services as detailed in the RFP. Proponents interested in this opportunity, and having the necessary qualifications and experience, are invited to submit a Proposal.
