This document is a DRAFT Request for Proposals (RFP). BCNET is looking for comments and feedback on this document, which may be used to edit the RFP before final release. This DRAFT RFP is for the provision of Waste Management Collection Services for the BC Post-Secondary Sector.

DO NOT SUBMIT ANY PROPOSALS IN RESPONSE TO THIS DRAFT RFP.

Interested parties may submit their SUGGESTED EDITS AND COMMENTS to: Procurement Officer

After the DRAFT RFP closes on December 18, 2019 at 14:00 Pacific Time, BCNET will edit the RFP and send it out in its final form.

Submitting comments and suggested edits to this DRAFT RFP has no affect on an organization's eligibility to submit a proposal to the final RFP.
