Description

Vancouver Coastal Health Authority ("VCH") has issued this RFP for the purpose of inviting Submissions from Proponents for the provision of retail food services to Lower Mainland Health Organizations.

Under this RFP, VCH is procuring the Services for an initial period of no more than ten (10) years. The Agreement may include one or more options to extend for a total initial and extension term of no more than five (5) years. In addition, the Agreement may also provide for the Service Provider to continue to provide the Services on a month-to-month basis while VCH conducts or completes the re-procurement of the retail food services.

This procurement may involve negotiation.

This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Canada - European Union Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (CETA).

The RFP will be in English and all documents responding to the RFP also must be in English.
