Description

This RFP is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are prequalified for prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category : C7200104 Outfalls, Riverbank Stabilization and Erosion Protection (including repairs and upgrading)

The three (3) restoration sites are located within Confluence Park along West Nose Creek in NE Calgary. The priorities of this project are to remove the damaged gabion baskets and ensure stability of the trails and stabilization the riparian bank protect the trail from long term erosion and improve the health of the riparian area.

This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations
