Description

The project involves the restoration and reconstruction of Barlow Trail NE from 4th Avenue to Sunridge Boulevard. An engineering consulting firm is to be retained to provide technical and professional services; specifically, preliminary engineering design, detailed design, preparation of plans and specifications, cost estimates, construction tender documentation, and other related services.

The project consists of the following Phases:
I. Phase 1 Preliminary Design and Community and Stakeholder Engagement;
II. Phase 2 Detailed Design and Preparation of Procurement Documents;
III. Phase 3 Procurement Process and Construction Administration; and
IV. Phase 4 Post Construction Services and Project Closeout.
