Description

This Request for Information ("RFI") is an invitation to provide information related to Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (“COTS”) or Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) Electronic Medical Record (EMR) solutions as described in this RFI, to be utilized by correctional institutions operated by the Ministry.

Scope of Work
The Ministry requests that respondents review and provide responses to the questions. The background, scope of services and requirements are also included for review, responses and comments.

This RFI will help the Ministry to gain a better understanding of solutions currently available in the marketplace and will assist the Ministry in future decisions and initiatives. In addition, this RFI is intended to understand the practical implications of solutions that are currently available in terms of cost and hardware requirements.
