Description

The City of Calgary is seeking a qualified proponent to develop a framework for an education program to increase the knowledge level and inspire action among Calgarians on reducing flood risk.
This project anticipates the following Phases:
1. Review relevant research (provided by The City) to determine existing level of knowledge and education program content needs. Conduct gap and opportunity assessment on flood risk awareness and flood preparedness
activities led by The City of Calgary.
2. Apply findings to design a framework for an education program, including audience, content and delivery methods and recommended
methods for monitoring success.

Any Agreement resulting from this opportunity will have a duration lasting until project completion.

This procurement process is not intended to create and will not create a formal legally binding bidding process and will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
