Line 1, CCGS Dumit - Window Wiper 1.1 Security Requirements There is no security requirement applicable to the Contract.

1.2 Requirement Supply and deliver marine windshield wipers as detailed in Annex A Requirement for the Canadian Coast Guard vessel DUMIT.

1.3 Debriefings Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

1.4 Trade Agreements The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). The requirement is not subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP) and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).

1.5 epost Connect service This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
