Description

Robotics Process Automation and Machine Learning will enable MGCS to proceed with a “continuous improvement journey” and enhance process for delivery of services. Further, the project aligns with various OPS priorities and strategies, including the OPS of the Future and supports Ontario’s path to change in enabling Digital Government

To procure a software product that will automate key processes for up to six lines of business across all Ministries in Ontario Public Service. The software product shall offer integrated capabilities including Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning, Reporting, Analytics, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), image processing. The product should also be supported by a robust support model with a clearly outlined incident escalation and resolution framework.
