This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is being issued to identify Proponent(s) to enter into a non-exclusive Contract(s) between a Proponent(s) and the Health Authorities, through their agent Provincial Health Services Authority ("PHSA"), for the supply of Hemodialysis Water Treatment Equipment (the "Products") and/or post warranty services to the Products (the "Services")
