Description

Sean Heights Area is light-industrial development in Central Saanich. Two hydraulic assessments have been conducted in the study area with common conclusions that the existing water supply is undersized to meet appropriate firefighting requirements.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to undertake a review of the previously conducted hydraulic assessments and prepare a pre-design brief that recommends appropriate improvements to address the firefighting flows.
