Re: PROVISION OF CAMELEON SOFTWARE ASSURANCE RENEWAL

Notice is hereby given by the City of Vancouver ("City") of its intent to contract with FLIR 360 Surveillance Inc. for the provision of Cameleon Standard Software Assurance Renewal.

Cameleon is perimeter intrusion detection software. The City has licenses that require software assurance renewal. Software assurance renewal protects the City's investment and includes support coverage, telephone, email and online technical support, logon access to online knowledge base and FAQ's, free access to all interim and major releases, patches and device drivers, and access to dedicated technical support developers.

FLIR 360 Surveillance is the manufacturer of the software, and as such there is no other company that can provide software assurance support for this installation.

TERM: 3 years with the option to extend for two additional 1-year terms

The contract is valued at approximately $14,000.00 per year.
