Description

The City of Prince Rupert is requesting a quote for the supply and delivery of 300 Lockblocks (various sizes), to the Prince Rupert City Landfill

Provide labor, materials and equipment required to supply, and deliver 300 Lockblocks for the City of Prince Rupert. Delivery Location: Prince Rupert Landfill
300 Various size lockblock (outlined below)

Lockblocks to be supplied
250 - Regular size Block
25 - Half size Block
25 - "L" Shape size Block

Deliver 300 Lockblock to Prince Rupert City landfill
Ridley Island Access Road, East on Highway 16

All work to commence as soon as the City of Prince Rupert issues a Purchase Order unless otherwise noted.
Lockblocks to be delivered to site on or before January 31st 2020

Prior to commencing the work, the contractor shall provide evidence of compliance with the requirements of the province with respect to Workers' Compensation Insurance including payments due there under and have completed the "2019 Standing Contractor's Agreement".
