The City of Delta is seeking proposals from engineering consulting companies with relevant knowledge and experience for the preliminary design, detailed design and construction management services for upgrading approximately 1500 metres of sanitary trunk sewer along 96 Avenue from the River Road to the railway track crossing near 119B Street
