SUMMARY OF WORK
This section of Work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, services and equipment necessary to
provide replacement roofing for the membrane low sloped roof areas as well as separate price for
replacement of metal tiles (Decrabond) on the Aberdeen Hospital located at 1450 Hillside Avenue Victoria, BC. The work included is as shown on the Roof Plan, the attached drawings, and as specified herein. It is the intention that this project be substantially completed by the 31st day of July 2020.
