Description

The District of North Saanich invites proposals from qualified consulting firms to complete multiple comprehensive condition assessments of District owned buildings and building infrastructure, to a provide long-term facilities reinvestment plan - including a building component inventory, condition and risk assessment of all major systems, a financial assessment, and an operating assessment. The proposed team shall include architect and engineering professionals qualified in the disciplines required for each building system.
