Description

FINANCIAL AND RELATED SERVICES

The Town of St. Stephen is inviting proposals from Chartered Professional Accountants to provide Financial Audit Services, and supporting Professional Services, for the five year term commencing from the date of award, and for Municipal Financial Audits, during the term, effective with the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019.

This invitation is a Request For Proposals (RFP) and criteria, in addition to cost, are considered in the evaluation of the proposal submissions received. As Cost is not the only criteria, the lowest, or any proposal, may not be necessarily be approved.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS

Request For Proposal submissions shall be in a sealed envelope clearing showing the RFP Name and Number, Closing Date and Bidder's name and contact information on the front of the envelope (including courier envelope, if any,) and addressed as follows:
