Description

BC Hydro seeks to retain an individual expert in electric utility rate design to support a rate redesign process focused on redesigning BC Hydro's residential service rate, the Residential Inclining Block Rate (RIB). Please refer to the RFP document(s) for details.

The Contract is expected to be for an initial term of (1.5) years, which may be extended for up to (0.5) year(s) through one or more contract extensions, for a potential total term of (2) years.

This procurement may involve negotiation.

This opportunity is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
