PURPOSE:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to invite submissions from qualified and experienced Landscape Architect firms to provide a Proposal, in compliance with the Terms and Conditions, Specifications, Terms of Reference, Drawings / Plans, and Appendices stated herein, for the provision of all professional design services required to complete an upgrade to the "old beach" and surrounding areas at Centennial Park, known as the Lower Bowl and provide all related construction project
management services on the City's behalf.
The main consultant should be a Landscape Architect with sub-consulting done by Civil, Structural, Electrical and / or Mechanical Engineering. All professional services assigned within the scope of this project must retain a current and valid license to practice within the Province of New Brunswick. At a minimum, the successful Consultant shall retain the services of a licensed Civil and/or Structural Engineer to complete the design required under the scope of this professional assignment.
