INSTRUCTIONS FOR TENDERERS

1) A person submitting the tender shall hand deliver, email or fax the tender to Katherine Henry, Village Clerk at the Municipal Office located at:

2) Responsibility for the delivery of a tender is that of the person submitting the tender.
3) Tenders may be received up until the time stipulated in the notice of tender for the opening of tenders.
4) All tenders shall be opened in public at the location specified in the public notice of tender.
5) The award of the tender will not take place at the time of the tender opening.
